Get back into the fight
This guide covers Boondocks Brawl’ browser controls, sound, saved progress and online connections. Start with the symptom below; avoid clearing browser data unless you accept losing local settings and progress.
Sidekick or tag partner?
In 1 vs 1, the sidekick button calls an assist. In 2 vs 2, it tags your partner into the fight when the game allows a tag. Check which format you chose before troubleshooting the button. Use Training to learn your individual fighter’s moves first.
The game is silent
Click or tap the game once: browsers can block sound until you interact. Check the tab’s mute setting and your device output, then open the game’s Settings and check master, music and voice volume separately. If other sites also have no sound, check your operating system output device.
My controller does not respond
Connect the controller before opening Settings, then press a controller button so the browser detects it. Open P1/P2 Controls and check the device and live button highlights. Select an action to remap it. Saved bindings can differ between players, so use the in-game Move List to check the current inputs rather than assuming the defaults.
Ultra turns into a regular Super
Press both mapped Super buttons together. The defaults are T + Y for player one, or both controller triggers. A single Super button performs a different move. Training supplies refilling meter and a Try Ultra control so you can compare the move with your own input. Check the meter and remaining opening charges during normal matches.
I cannot connect to my friend
Both players should refresh before starting a new online session so they have the same game version. Host a private room and share the current code. Private rooms use direct browser connections; restrictive school, work or guest networks may prevent them. Try a different permitted network. Find Online Match searches for anyone available and has a connection fallback, but it does not guarantee a specific opponent.
Find Online Match keeps searching
A match needs another player searching at the same time. Keep the game tab visible and ask a friend to search simultaneously. Leaving or hiding the page can cancel a search. If one player disconnects before the match opens, the search can start again.
The game runs slowly or video stutters
Close other heavy browser tabs and recordings, and try the latest stable version of your browser. Compare Training with the mode that stutters: if only online play is affected, include that in your report. A first-time media download may take longer on a slow connection. Do not refresh in the middle of a match you want to keep.
My saved settings disappeared
Controls, volume and local progress belong to this browser on this device. Private browsing, clearing site data or changing devices can make them unavailable. There is no player-account cloud save. Story mode is currently Coming Soon.
Report a reproducible problem
Use the game’s feedback controls or community board. Include the device and browser, mode, fighter pair, control method, what you expected and the steps that produced the problem. A short clip helps with timing issues. Never include passwords, payment details or private room codes in public reports.
